Q11: I need your opinion about second marriage. If the first wife becomes very stressed if I get married again, am I still alowed to marry for the second time?

A: We advice you to deal with this decision wisely and study it in all aspects so you can expect good results in your life should you decide to get married for the second time. Rushing into this might increase the problems and the complexity of your life.

Q12: If a woman has conceive a child before marriage and she marries the same man whose child she is conceiving what about the child?

A: The said child is the son of the carrier of the sperm and hers son too. The child belongs to both of them but does not inherits the father as such child was from illegitimate way.

Q13: In a permanent marriage what are the man's obligations in paying for the expenses of his wife?
Is he required to pay her education expenses, medical expenses, leisure expenses? As far as food, clothing and shelter are concerned, what is the minimum requirement that he has to pay for? For example some women desire very expensive food and clothing which a man can not afford. What should he do in such a case?
Are these expense obligations different for temporary marriage?
If so please explain the expense obligation for a temporary marriage. Are there any other than the mahr?

A: The husband is obligated to pay the regular expenses of the wife which is food, shelter and clothing in a usual way. Selecting the best kind of such expenses is not mandatory.
The man is not obligated to pay more than the dowry in the case of temporary marriage.

Q14: If a person dont want to marry anyone and performs rest of his religious duties properly and also protects himself from sin, is it fine to live like this although he helps others in getting married? or is it compulsory to marry?

A: Yes, it is fine to live like that as marriage is recommended and not compulsory although the Islamic religion recommended marriage so much and in lots of narrations like when the messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said :"There is no deed in Islam more loved by Allah more than marriage.."
