Q1: how can we know that one mujtahid is most knowledgeable?

A: The Jurisprudence scholars mentioned in their practical books – "Risala" the way to find the most knowledgeable which is referring to the experts that can differentiate between mujtahids and determine the most knowledgeable.

Q2: Who is a just person (Adil)?

A: A just person is a person that keeps away from sins and if s/he did then would repent and does not insist on committing a sin.

Q3: I would like to ask what is the procedure of changing ones marja taqleed?

A: You can change the marja that you follow based on religious evidence like for example when it is proven to you that the new marja is more knowledgeable than the current one.

Q4: I have heard that if a person fails to do Taqleed – imitate of a living Mujtahid but believes In Imam E Zaman’s existence and high position regarding Islam, his her all good deeds will be corrupted, no matter how virtuous a devotee may be. Is it true?

A: A devotee – who did not reach the level of Ijtihad – can not guarantee his deeds before Almighty Allah, unless they correspond to the verdicts of a religious jurist – Marji. since he will then not be responsible for the errors in the verdicts – if any - that he used to guide his deeds. If he was not following anyone, then he will be held responsible before the almighty if his deeds and transactions were not really in accordance to the religion.
