A: It is not allowed to delay it after the beginning of the prayer time based on compulsory precaution.

Q2: Can you please give me a clear explanation on why we pray Zuhr prayer as a precautionary measure after performing Friday prayer?.

A: The verdicts of the religious jurists differ in considering the Friday prayer to replace the noon prayer on Friday in the current time, the time of the disappearance of Imam Mahdi (Peace be upon him). So the mention precision is to make sure that the praying person fulfills the obligation based on all the verdicts.

Q3: Please tell me about the Salat-ul-Juma, is this wajib or sunah and also tell me about Salat-ul-Zohar on Friday after Juma?

A: It is permissible to perform the noon prayer on Friday also it is permissible to pray the Friday prayer if the imam that leads the prayer is just and satisfies the conditions of the Imam of the prayer.
Praying the noon and the Friday prayer is permissible as a precaution.

Q4: Is it allowed to read poems about the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) after Friday khutaba?

A: Based on compulsory precaution, prayer should be offered just after the two speeches. So it is not permissible to separate between the speeches and the prayer by the said based on compulsory precaution.
