Q1: I am wondering what is the fatwa of sayid Mohammed saed Al hakeem regarding the small beard (Called goatee) that covers only the area under the lower lip and chin. it is permissible? 

A: It is permissible.

Q2: Is it permissible to shave the hair on my cheeks and have the hair on my chin?

A: Yes, it is permissible.

Q3: Is it permissible for teenagers and adults to have a fist beard or it is permissible for scholar (ayatollah) only?

A: Yes, it is Permissible.

Q4: Can a man shave his mustasche and beard? Is your ruling based on Ihtiyaat - precaution?

A: It is not permissible to shave the beard as a verdict and not as a precaution. It is not permissible to follow others as long as the ruling is a verdict and not a precaution. It is permissible to shave the mustache and it is sufficient to leave a little bit of hair as a beard.

Q5: What is your opinion in regards to shaving the sides of the beard?

A: It is permissible.

Q6: Is it permissible to have a long beard? And at what lengthh should you stop growing it?

A: It is allowed to have a long beard. It is not recommended to have it longer than the length of a hand fist.
